| Abstract: | With the deepening of global economy integration trend,the competion between enterprises becomes more cruel.In order to carry out the strategy of enterprises,more and more enterprises use the methods of mergers and acquisitions to obtain the chance of development.A important factor related to success for mergers and acquisitions is the assessment of interprise value.In this paper we discuss several methods of enterprise value assessment. |
