| Abstract: | ccording to the characteristics of flood control of a river,some techniques are adopted in the Flood Control Expert System of Huaihe River,including the system dictionary the normal declarative sentence and the numbered-rule-base established on several individual bases.These techniques are of significance in the field of expert system construction,The expert system constructed using these techniques is suitable for flood control of a river and can be operated easily,and it has been validated through simulating flood control decision- making for many historical floods of the Huaihe River. |
