铁基减摩复合镀层的研究

摘    要:本文介绍用槽镀或刷镀的方法使石墨、M_0S_2或MCA与铁电镀共沉积,并已获得成功.对各种镀层的摩擦力和磨损置作了对比,镀基复合减摩镀层具有杰出的耐磨性和较低的摩擦系数,并推荐一种新型的用于电镀铁基复合镀层大镀槽,它能得到较好的镀层和较多的石墨沉积量,此外还提供了铁基二硫化钼的镀液配方及其最佳操作规程.

Abstract:The composites of graphite, molybdenum disulfide and MCA with iron are made successfully by electrocodeposition in bathing or brushing. From observation of frictional force and wear of various coatings, the composite antifriction coatings with iron matrix demonstrate excellent resistance to wear and lower coefficient of friction. A new type of large plating bath is introduced, it can yield superior composite coatings and greater incorporation of graphite. The formulas for preparing the brnshplating solution of Fe-MoS and optimum operation technology are also provided. At last, some applications are presented.
