农村职业教育发展探究

改革开放以来，我国农村职业教育的发展取得了很大成就，但也存在教育经费短缺、师资力量薄弱、教学模式趋同等突出问题，影响和制约了农村职业教育的进一步发展。究其原因，主要是思想认识的制约、传统文化的影响和课程设置的偏差。新形势下，要进一步加快农村职业教育发展，政府应不断增加经费投入，学校应深化教育教学改革，社会应着力营造良好氛围。

Surveys of Rural Vocational Education

Since the reform and open of China, the rural vocational education has made great achievements. However, such serious problems as shortage of education finance, lack of qualified teachers and similarity of teaching models have influenced on and limited to its further development, which is mainly caused by people＇ s concepts, traditional culture and curriculum arrangement. In the new pe- riod, such jobs should be done to promote it as finance increased by government, education reform deepened by school and suitable atmosphere fostered by society.
