| Abstract: | Quality-oriented education is the core of PE education, which plays an important role in improvement of the physical quality of the students and it enables the students to deal with the difficulties. Quality-oriented education also helps to foster the students' awareness of competition and students' innovation and self-confidence. Some practical suggestions are also put forward in the article. |
