| 摘 要： | 目的:在基因治疗作为一种全新的疾病治疗手段得到了迅速发展的同时,探讨病毒载体在基因治疗中的应用。方法:通过对各种病毒载体的改造和完善,扩大其载体容量,提高基因的转染效率和克服体内的免疫反应等手段,可使病毒载体的应用更加符合临床的需要。结果:改造过的病毒载体大大提高了载体靶向的特异性和应用范围。结论:病毒以其独特的生物学特性作为基因治疗载体有着独特优势,在临床上得到了广泛应用。
