| 摘 要： | 以甘油、三乙醇胺、硼酸、蓖麻油酸为主要原料,以甲苯为带水剂,通过酯化反应合成了几种含硼表面活性剂。并对其水溶性能,防锈性能,润滑性能和表面张力进行了测定和比较,分析了影响含硼表面活性剂性能的因素。实验结果表明,长碳链的含硼表面活性剂具有优良的润滑性能,硼氮型表面活性剂具有良好的防锈性能。

| Abstract: | A series of borate surfactants were synthesized from the main starting materials such as glycerin,tri-ethanolamine,boric acid,10-hydroxy decanoic acid,with toluene as latent solvent,adopting direct esterification way.The basic properties were detected such as water-solubility,anti-rust performance,lubricity and surface activity.The results show that the long carbon chain boron surfactant has excellent lubricating properties,and boron-nitrogen surfactant has good anti-corrosion properties. |
