Tea leaves and tea dust, caused by tea picking and processing, which have a low price, but contain a lot of nutrient. During the research of recent years, tea leaves and tea dust carry variety of nutrient, such as tea polyphenol, tea polysaccharide, are used as feed additives for pigs, which not only can save the cost, but also can lower the cholesterol and fat of pork as well as improve the quality and taste of the pork. The research introduce the nutritive value of tea leaves and tea dust, also introduce the application forms and effect of tea leaves and dust which used in pig industry.
