| 摘 要： | 针对铸件质量普遍较低的现状，通过对铸造生产中影响铸件质量的要素进行分析，以数据库为基础建立了铸件质量微机管理系统．该系统可对铸件进行规范化管理并可对铸件质量进行因果分析，从而使铸件质量管理标准化、科学化，降低了铸件废品率．

| Abstract: | Aiming at present situation of general poorness with casting quality, the influencing factors of casting process on the casting quality are analysed and a microcomputer management system of casting quality is developed based on the database, which can perform standardized management over the castings as well as causality analysis of casting quality. Hence, the management of casting quality is standardized and made scientific and the reject rate of the castings is lowered. |
