| 摘 要： | 奥尼尔是一位具有深刻悲剧意识的剧作家。以奥尼尔的生平为线索,分析了剧作家的生活与其悲剧艺术创作的相互关系。奥尼尔的悲剧意识既来自于其一生悲剧似的经历、他与家人以及家人与家人之间的爱恨交织的情感因素,因为这些为其悲剧艺术创作提供了丰富的素材和积淀了深厚的悲剧基础;同时其悲剧意识也深受叔本华、尼采、古希腊悲剧以及弗洛伊德的精神分析理论等的影响。生活是艺术之本源,而艺术则反映现实生活。奥尼尔不断进行自我探索和自我认识,在其悲剧艺术创作中,他把个人和家庭的悲剧上升到人类悲剧意识的高度,从而赋予人生一种崇高的悲剧精神。

| Abstract: | Eugene O'Neill is a profound tragedy-conscious playwright,because he is deeply influenced by Nietzsche,Schopenhauer,Taoist philosophy and mysticism of the Orient,on the other hand,his tragedies reflect his own lifelong sorrows,hate-love between him and his family and between his family members.His tragedies reveal the complex innermost souls of the characters and the roots of tragedies,and through the tragicalness of life itself,endow life with a noble tragic spirit,thus embodying the true life and a venue to interpret life to give it a lofty meaning. |
