摘    要:接触器控制模块充电过程通常由整流滤波环节完成,该环节导致输入电流畸变,给电网带来较为严重的谐波污染,但现有接触器控制方案缺少谐波抑制功能。故本文采用模块化思想设计了智能接触器的充电与控制模块,充电子模块采用电压外环电流内环策略,可抑制输入电流谐波;同时,控制子模块采用线圈电流滞环策略,实现接触器稳定运行。以CJ20-400A为对象进行实验验证,结果表明在不同电压下,所设计的模块可改善输入电流畸变,获得较好的功率因数校正和谐波抑制效果。

Abstract:The charging process of contactor control module is usually completed by rectification filter, which leads to input current distortion and brings serious harmonic pollution to the power grid. but the existing contactor control scheme lacks the harmonic rejection function. Therefore, this paper adopts the modular idea to design the charging and control module of the intelligent contactor. The voltage outer-loop and current inner-loop strategy was used to control The charging sub-module, which can suppress the harmonics of the input current; At the same time, the control sub-module adopts the coil current hysteresis strategy to realize the stable operation of contactor. CJ20-400A was used for experimental verification, The results show that under different voltages, the designed module can improve the input current distortion and achieve good power factor correction and harmonic rejection effects.
