| 摘 要： | 如何在校企合作背景下,既适应企业的需求,改革人才培养模式,又不牺牲学生的人文素质培养,是高职院校面临的一道难题。以牺牲人文素质培养为代价的人才培养模式使对高职院校、企业、毕业生均面临较大的危机,要解决这一危机,企业的介入具有较高的可行性。但在模式的选择上,三种常规模式:选拔型的小班模式、嵌入型的顶岗模式、常规型的改良模式均存在较大的缺陷,需要在整合的基础上探索新的培养模式。

| Abstract: | In the context of cooperation between schools and enterprises, both meet the needs of enterprises, reform of talents training mode, without sacrificing students ~ humane quality-oriented education to higher vocational colleges face challenges together. To the expense of cultivation of humanistic quality of talent training mode of higher vocational colleges, businesses, graduates face greater crises, to resolve this crisis, involvement of enterprises have high feasibility. But in the mode of choice, three General modes： selection mode in small classes, in line with the top post patterns, type of modified modes exist larger defects, required on a consolidated basis to explore new training mode. |
