| 摘 要： | 微格教学法是一种新的训练师范生教学技能的方法，它是随着科学技术的发展，视听设备和信息技术广泛应用于教学而形成的。利用微格教学实验全方位对高师四年级学生在教育实习之前进行技能训练，有着独到的不可比拟的优点。
