| Abstract: | Based on learning Hu Jin-tao＇s speech at the Party＇s Seventeenth Congress, this paper discusses the scientific connotations and implementation contents of the people-based concept of university library, and puts forward some measures for university library to keep pace with the times and develop and innovate according to the spirit of the Party＇s Seventeenth Congress and the requirements of scientific outlook on development from aspects of looking into readers＇demands, strengthening library＇s construction, and innovating service mode, etc. |
