| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会,是我们党从全面建设小康社会、开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面的全局出发提出的一项重大任务.坚持以科学发展观统领经济社会发展全局,保持经济持续快速协调发展是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础.中国经济的发展离不开和谐稳定的国际经济环境.当今国际经济环境既对我国和谐社会建设有利又提出许多挑战.

| Abstract: | It is an important task to construct the harmonious socialist society which has been put forwarded by our Party based on building a well-off society in an all-round way and creating a new situation in building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The foundation of the harmonious socialist society is to continue to guide overall economic and social development by a scientific outlook on development, and to keep the economy continued fast coordinative development. The economic of China cannot develop without the harmonious and stable international economic environment which has brought opportunities and challenges to our harmonious social construction currently. |
