| 摘 要： | 微格教学在20世纪80年代开始传入中国，而多媒体教学在90年代才广泛应用，高师院校学生进行教学技能培训时，应遵循微格教学的基本规律，分析多媒体教学的特点：既要掌握传统的教学技能，也要熟悉多媒体课件的制作和应用技术，掌握课件制作和评价等技能．

| Abstract: | Microteaching was into China in 1980s .And in the 90s multi-media teaching was applied widely. The students of Teachers College should follow the basic rules of multi-media teaching when they are trained about teaching skills. They nmst know the characteristics of multi-media. They must master the traditional teaching skills, and familiarize themselves with the production of multi-media courseware, and the application of technology, master the production of courseware and evaluation, and so on. |
