Abstract:PCB hole inspection system based on FPGA and CIS is proposed.The checking width is 216mm,and the graphic resolution is 200dpi.FPGA is used as the core control unit.The working time sequence of CIS has been analyzed,and the PCB image is acquired by CIS.The analog-to-digital conversion of image data is achieved by TLC5540.The IP Core is used for the control of DDR.The image data is transferred to PC through Camera Link.The control of Servo motor is accomplished by FPGA.
