四川省城市化发展的综合分析

城市化是经济、社会发展的产物，越来越引起广泛的关注．因而，对城市化发展进行客观、综合评价就显得十分必要．传统的城市化水平评价方法，由于存在赋权的主观性等问题，缺乏评价的客观性．选择了由经济发展、人口与社会发展、环境发展为代表的三大类、共17项具体评价指标体系，采用统计分析中的主成分分析方法，从反映城市发展水平的指标体系中提炼出5个主成分来对四川省内18个典型城市的城市化发展给予综合评价，把四川省城市化发展状况划分为5类．找出了各类城市的优势和差距，针对性地提出了四川省城市化发展对策在于各城市找准自己的位置，在城市发展方面扬长避短，充分利用国家和四川省提供的各方面优惠政策，制定相应对策促进其经济、社会、环境的全面发展．

A Synthetic Analysis on Urbanization Development in Sichuan Province

Urbanization is result of socioeconomic development, and more and more attention is paid to urbanization. It is necessarily to evaluate urbanization development objectively and synthetically. In this paper, a index system of urbanization assessment composed of 3 types and 17 indicators system, including economy development, population and society development, environment development is established. The principal components analysis method is used, and 5 principal components are gained from the index system. Urbanization development of 18 cities in Sichuan province is comprehensively analysed and divided into 5 types. The gap and advantage of these types is pointed out and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward up. These countermeasures are as follows:appropiately orientating the direction of urbanization; developing the strong points and avoiding the weak points; making full use of national and provincial profitable policies; comprehensively improving economic, social and environmental development.
