复方苦豆子对自发性高血压大鼠血压及血清NO含量的影响

目的:探讨复方苦豆子(CK)对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压及血清一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。方法:42只SHR大鼠随机分为5组,SHR空白对照组(SHR组,n=8),CK高剂量组(CK-H组,n=8),CK中剂量组(CK-M组,n=9),CK低剂量组(CK-L组,n=9)及卡托普利组(Cap组,n=8)。另取8只Wister大鼠设为正常对照组(Wister组)。每日灌药一次,连续8周。根据体重随时调整给药量。观察药物对模型动物收缩压及血清NO含量的影响。结果:CK对模型动物有明显的降压作用,CK-H、M组与SHR组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.01);CK能升高模型动物血清NO含量,与SHR组相比,各组均有显著性差异(P<0.05),并呈一定的量效关系。结论:CK具有抗高血压作用,其作用可能与促进血清中的NO合成与释放有关。

Effects of Compound Kudouzi on Blood Pressure and NO in Serum of Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats

Objective:To investigate the effects of compound kudouzi(CK) on blood pressure(BP) and NO in serum in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR).Methods:42 SHR were randomly divided into 5 groups as follows:SHR group(n=8),high dose of CK group(CK-H group,n=8),middle dose of CK group(CK-M group,n=9),low dose of CK groop(CK-L group,n=9)and captopril group(Cap group,n=8),in addition,Wister group(n=8) were fed with drinking water too.All rats were treated once a day for 8 weeks,and the volumes of the drug were adjusted any time according to the changes of their weight.The SBP and the levels of NO were measured.Results:Compared with SHR group,the SBP were significantly decreased in CK-H and Cap groups.CK-L group had the tendency of decline,but had no significance;The serum concentration of NO of CK-H group is much higher than SHR group.Conlusion:Chronic use of CK can reduce SHR BP,and the effect is relatively dose-dependent;Increasing the serum concentration of NO probably is one of the mechanisms.
