| 摘 要： | 目的：建立蒙成药沙日-汤的鉴别方法．方法：采用薄层色谱法鉴别蒙成药沙日-汤中的各味组成药材．结果：检出了诃子、栀子、川楝子，特征斑点清晰，阴性对照品无干扰．结论：方法操作简便，结果可靠，为蒙成药沙日-汤质量的定性控制提供了实验依据．

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish an identification method of TLC for Shari-tang.Methods:Thin-layer chromalography(TLC) method was used to indentify main components in Shari-tang.Results:Fructus Chebulae,Fructus Gardeniae and Fructus Toosendan were detected.The spots are in focus.Agents for negative control were not interfered.Conclusion:The method is simple and the result is reliable.It offered a reliable basis for the quality control of Mongolian medicine Shari-tang. |
