经深冷处理提高黄铜耐盐水腐蚀性

摘    要:黄铜常作为制冰盐水池蒸发器,载冷剂溶液蒸发器,舰船海水冷凝器的管子材料。以往,为了提高黄铜冷凝管耐腐蚀性所采取的方法有加保护电流,牺牲阳极等措施。本文通过实验研究得出经深冷处理过的黄铜比未经深冷处理的黄铜有更耐腐蚀性的结论。

Abstract:Brass is frequently used as evaporator in buiding pool of cold salt solution and of cool carrier agent. It is also used as pipe materials for seawater condenser on boats and vessels. To improve its quality of corrosion vesisting many measuresare adopted such as pretetting electric current, sacrificing positive pole and so on. In this thesis a conclusion is drawed by experimental study that the quality of corrosion resisting of brass which is treated by deep cool is better than that is not treated by deep cool.
