硫酸亚铁单液法调剖剂的试验研究

摘    要:利用多点测压渗流装置分析研究了硫酸亚铁单液法调剖剂的性质,证实了该调剖剂有近井增注、远井调剖的作用。提出了用调剖指数、增注指数和增调比数等物理量度量增注和调剖效果的方法。并以此为基础,研究了各种因素对调剖剂作用的影响规律,说明硫酸亚铁单液法调剖剂有增注和调剖作用外,还具有耐温、耐盐等优点,通过优化试验,给出了以调剖为主、增注为主和增调结合的三种调剖剂配方,并通过平板模型试验证实了硫酸亚铁单液法调剖刑的控水增油作用。

Abstract:The properties of profile control agent of ferrous sulfate for single-fluidmethod have been determined by using the filtering flow apparatus with pressure measurementin multi-point. It is proved that the agent can increase injection near the wellbore and controlprofile beyond the welllbore. The profile control index, increasing injection index andincreasing injection-profile control ratio are suggested to devote respectively theobove-mentioned functions.The various facors on the profile control of ferrous sulfate areresearched by using three physical quantities. The result shows that the profile control agent offerrous sulfate for single-flued method has the characteristics of resistance to temperature andsalt.The formulation of profile control agent used in filed test for different main functions ofprofile control,increasing injection and combination of both are provided. The function ofprofile control of ferrous sulfate for single-fluid method was also proved by the plate model test.
