摘    要:石油管道在出厂前,必须进行全覆盖壁厚检测.为了对石油管道进行全覆盖测厚,文章研究了旋转式32通道壁厚检测技术.基于多路聚焦超声探头测量原理,采用超高压时分复用激励电路、专用的回波信号处理电路和FPGA数字信号采集、逻辑处理、选择控制等关键技术,结合阵列式探头围绕石油管道旋转,形成了旋转式32通道壁厚检测系统,达到对石油管道全覆盖壁厚检测的目的.实验和使用表明,检测系统的速度、精度和稳定性满足生产实际需要,检测石油管道速度可达45 m/min,检测误差在±0.1 mm以内.
