| 摘 要： | 分析了供应链类虚拟企业的协作模型和基于Agent的供应链类虚拟企业的特点,结合虚拟企业的创建和运行过程,提出了虚拟企业的两层结构模型,其上层结构为虚拟事务协调中心,下层结构为虚拟工作团队和备选能力团队.在此基础上,对基于Agent的供应链类虚拟企业的组织结构、运行结构和功能结构进行了设计,并对设计方案的实施步骤进行了探讨,为基于Agent的供应链类虚拟企业的具体实现打下了基础.

| Abstract: | The coordination model of supply chain-type virtual enterprise and the characteristic of Agent-based virtual enterprise of this type were analyzed.Two-layer structure model of virtual enterprise is presented by combining construct and running process of virtual enterprise,namely,the first level is virtual affairs cooperative center,the second one include virtual working team and alternative competence team.The organization structure,running structure and functional structure of supply chain-type virtual enterprise bases on Agent were designed.The implementation steps of design plan are also discussed. |
