浅议高职院校就业指导课程存在的问题及改革探索

就业指导课程的开设成为高职院校就业指导工作的重要手段和方式,成为对大学生进行就业观念教育、职业规划教育和创业教育的主阵地,成为帮助大学生了解就业政策、掌握求职技巧、更新创业理念、提升就业竞争力的有效方法。目前各高职院校均已开设就业指导课程,但在课程体系设置、教学内容、教学方式、师资力量等方面存在许多不足,笔者从工作实践出发分析目前高职院校就业指导课程普遍存在的问题并对课程提出了改革探索。

Problems on Career Guidance Course in Higher Vocational College and its Reform Solutions

Employment guidance courses are becoming an important means of employment guidance in higher vocational college and it turned out to be the primary position to give college students the career education, career planning education and entrepreneurship education, as to help students understand the employment policy, master job-seeking skills, update business philosophy, and enhance competitiveness in an effective way of employment. At present the employment guidance courses have been opened in many vocational colleges, but many deficiencies come to exist in the curriculum system, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching staff, The author analyses the universal problems existing in career guidance programs in higher vocational colleges from the work practice and gives reform solutions.
