摘 要: | 针对雷达、导航、军用通信等装备系统中对高速I/Q数据的测试需求,结合中频数字化接收机的数据传输特点,设计了一种基于FPGA的程控数字I/Q信号发生器,集I/Q数据播放和数据生成等多种功能于一体。采用人机交互式界面对输出信号类型、信号频率、采样点数进行配置,解决了传统模拟信号源中波形切换不灵活的问题。结合PCI-E串行总线传输技术、基于双口RAM的数据缓存技术及LVDS数据传输技术实现高速数据通信。经实际测试,该多功能信号发生器不仅能产生最高100 MHz采样率、400 MB数据率的正弦波、方波、三角波和随机波等I/Q信号,还能高速率回放雷达接收机采集到的I/Q数据,为某航天数据探测装备提供了良好的技术支持。

A Design of programmed multifunctional IQ Signal Generator |

Abstract: | According to the demand for high-speed I/Q data in equipment of radar, navigation and military communication systems, a kind of programmed FPGA-based digital I/Q signal generator is designed, which refers to the characteristics of data transmission in IF digital receivers. An interactive man-machine interface is created to configure the relative signal types,signal frequency and sampling points,which is more flexible than traditional analog signal source. The paper integrates the technology of PCI-E serial bus transmission, data caching based on dual-port RAM and LVDS data transmission to complete hardware logic design.Practical test shows that the I/Q signal generator produce dual sine,square, triangle and random waves well Within 100M sampling rate and 400MB data rate,providing a highly accurate data source for a space data test equipment. |
