联用促红细胞生成素与生长激素治疗血透患者营养不良疗效观察

目的：探讨联用促红细胞生成素与小剂量生长激素治疗维持性血液透析患者营养不良的疗效．方法：选用我中心23名营养不良维持性血液透析患者进行分组比较，A组给予促红细胞生成素，B组给予促红细胞生成索和小剂量生长激素两种药物联用，通过15w的血清白蛋白，干体重，上臂肌围变化进行分析．结果：随防15w后。A组和B组患者营养指标均有改善，B组与A相比较，营养状况改善更明显（P〈0．05）．结论：联合使用促红细胞生成索与小剂量生长激素能明显改善维持性血液透析患者营养不良的状态，较单独使用促红细胞生成索改善更加明显．

Effects of Erythropoietin and Growth Hormone on Malnutrition Status of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Objective:To evaluate the effects of erythropoietin(EPO)and recombinant human growth hormone on malnutrition status of maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods:23 maintenance hemodialysis patients of my center were divided two groap.Group A was treated by erythropoietin,group B was treated by huiman growth hormone and erythropoietin,The albumin,dry weight,the upper arm muscle rounds variety during 15 weeks were analyed.Results:The A set and B set sufferer's nourishment indexes all have an improvement,and the B set,the nourishment condition improves more obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion :Using EPO and small dose growth hormone may improve nutritional status getter in maintenance hemodialysis patients than using alone erythropoietin.
