摘    要:高校图书馆可持续发展的关键不在物质资源,而在人力资源。图书馆员是图书馆人力资源的主体。树立正确的图书馆发展观,就是要改变重物轻人的传统观念,坚持以人为本的思想,把图书馆发展与图书馆员个人发展统一起来。通过继续教育和引进人才相结合的方式,改善图书馆员队伍素质,通过改革人事制度,实现人力资源优化重组,加速图书馆发展。

Abstract:The key to college library sustained development is human but not material resources. Librarians are main human resources of college library. Setting up a correct library develoment viewpoint is to change the traditional sense of paying more attention to matter than human, to hold up the idea of taking human as the fundmental resources and unify library development and libarian career development improve librarian quality by continuing the education and introducing qualified personnel accelerate college library development. by reforming the personnel system to reorganize and making good human resources to.
