| 摘 要： | 论述了超薄型银灰色反光地膜的生产工艺过程，采用正交法试验，得到了最佳的工艺参数，生产出厚度为 ０．００８ ｍ ｍ的超薄型银灰色反光地膜，并保持了与厚度为０．０２５ ｍ ｍ 的同类薄膜的物理机械性能及生产过程的稳定成膜性。由此初步探索和总结了聚烯烃类塑料薄膜生产过程中的金属色着色工艺方法。

| Abstract: | The article presents the manufacturing process of super thin silver gray reflecting ground cover film.The optimal process parameters are found using orthogonal test method,and the super thin silver gray reflecting ground cover film is manufactured with its thickeness being 0.008 mm. Its physical and mechanical property is kept the same as similar film of which thickeness is 0.025 mm,and stability of manufacturing procedure is also maintained.The work is a primary study of the coloring process of metal color in manufacturing procedure for polyolefine film. |
