摘    要:"以人为本"的图书馆读者服务不仅是时代发展的要求,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的本质要求,是现代图书馆的生存发展之道。阐述了"以人为本"的含义及其在图书馆应用的必要性,分析了图书馆在坚持"以人为本"方面存在的不足之处,探讨了如何在图书馆读者服务中实现"以人为本"。

Abstract:Library's people-based service for readers,which is not only the demand of modern times'development but also the essential demand for constructing the harmonious socialist society,is the path for library's existence and development.This paper expounds the meanings of people-based concept and the necessity of applying it in the library,analyzes some problems existing in aspects of insisting on people-based concept in the library,and probes into how to realize people-based concept in library's service for readers.
