摘    要:采用滴涂法制备了分子筛修饰玻碳电极(SBA-15/GCE),然后采用滴涂法将血红蛋白(Hb)修饰到SBA-15/GCE表面构建了一种新型的生物传感器(Hb/SBA-15/GCE).采用循环伏安法和电化学阻抗法对电极层层组装过程进行了表征.红外光谱实验表明Hb在薄膜内保持了其原始构象.电化学实验表明Hb在SBA-15/GCE表面能进行有效和稳定的直接电子转移反应.将该修饰电极应用于H202检测,表出较好的电催化性能,催化电流(Ipc)与H2O2浓度在4.0×10-6mol L-1-3.4×10-5mol L-1之间呈良好的线性关系,根据三倍信噪比计算得检测限为2.3×10-6mol L-1,表观米氏常数(KMapp)为8.7x×10-6mol L-1.

Abstract:A new type of biosensor was constructed by assembling hemoglobin (Hb) on the SBA-15 mesoporous silica modified glassy carbon electrode, which was characterized by cyclic voltammograms and electrochemical impedance. The FT-IR spectra experiment indicates that the hemoglobin in SBA-15 film kept its structure similar to its native state. Electrochemical experiments show that the effective and stable electron transfer process of Hb was observed on the electrode surface by using SBA-15 mesoporous silica as media. The biosensor exhibits excellent catalytic activity toward the reduction of H202 and the catalytic reduction peak current varied linearly with the concentration of H2O2 in the range from 4.0×10-6mol L-1to 3.4×10-5mol L-1 with a detection limit of 2.3×10-6mol L-1.
