| 摘 要： | 由于通过电子商务购买商品不能在购买前进行商品实体的检验，所以增加了退货的可能性，因此电子商务中的退货逆向物流问题是困扰其发展的一个重要因素。本文通过构建利润最大化模型，得到了在特定市场反应参数下的最优价格以及最优退货策略，并且通过分析市场反映参数得出了一些具有实际操作意义的应用策略。
