| Abstract: | This article states the personal story and gives objective comments on historical achievements of Qian Liu, who started from a humble man while became powerful vassal in Wu-Yue state. He pacified and united the local people , regulated the rivers , prospered agriculture and business , respected Confucianism and believed in Buddhism , thought highly of culture. |
