| 摘 要： | 建设一支教学水平高、训练有素、人员稳定的实验教学和实验室管理队伍,是实验教学顺利进行和实验室建设的必要条件,为高校培养创新人才提供有力的保障。文中结合重庆大学通信工程学院实验中心实验技术队伍的建设情况,对实验技术队伍建设的规划、政策和管理措施等问题作了一些探讨。

| Abstract: | It is necessary condition for successfully processing experimental teaching and building laboratory to construct an experimental teaching and laboratory management team with high standard of teaching,well-trained and stable staff. It can ensure the cultivation of innovative personnel for universities. In combination with the relevant experience of Chongqing University,this article presents the plan,policy and management measure for the team construction of experimental technique. |
