磁场-溶剂协同作用对谷氨酸结晶过程的影响

摘    要:研究了磁场-溶剂协同使用对谷氨酸结晶过程的影响及磁场作用下谷氨酸过饱和溶液表面张力、电导率的变化,并对磁场促进谷氨酸结晶的作用机理进行了探讨,提出了一种利用磁场-溶剂协同作用制备谷氨酸晶种的新方法。研究结果表明,磁场对谷氨酸结晶有促进作用,磁场-溶剂协同使用加速了晶体的成核过程,生成的晶粒均匀,结晶率高。

Abstract:This paper studies the effect of the synergism of magnetic field and solvents on the crystallization of glutamic acid and the effects of magnetic field on surface tension and conductivity of glutamic acid supersaturated solution. The mechanism of the encouragement of magnetic field on the crystallization is discussed too, thus a new method to produce the crystal seeds by the synergism is presented. It is shown that the speed of crystallization of glutamic acid is hastened by magnetic field. The crystal seeds got by the method have the advantage of well_distributed crystal size and integrated, purity crystallization.
