洛嵩段高速公路运营阶段安全评价及事故预防对策

针对我国高速公路日益突出的安全问题,结合河南省洛阳至嵩县段(洛嵩段)高速公路工程的实际情况,以调查的沿线事故资料、道路环境资料和现场调查的运行速度为基本依据,采用数理统计、理论计算、典型案例分析相结合的研究方法,从人、车、道路环境、自然环境方面进行安全性评价,研究事故多发路段的成因,并提出技术可行、经济合法、可实施性强的综合治理方案,为其他高速公路运营阶段安全性评价提供参考。

Safety Evaluation and Accident Prevention Strategy of Luoyang-Songxian Highway Operation Stage

In view of the increasingly prominent safety problems of the highway in China, combining the actual situation of the highway project Luoyang-Songxian of Henan province, the research methods including combining mathematical statistics, theoretical calculation and typical case analysis were adopted. Based on the accident data, road environment data and the running speed of the field investigation, the safety evaluation of highway operation stage from the aspects of people, vehicles, road environment, and natural environment was studied. The cause of accidents were also analyzed, and a feasible, economical and implementable comprehensive management plan for safety evaluation of other highway operation stages was put forward.
