膨胀岩地铁车站深基坑快速施工技术

摘    要:依托成都地铁4号线万年场站的建设过程,研究了膨胀岩地铁车站深基坑快速施工技术,通过快速进行基坑开挖和内支撑的架设,同时做好防排水,从而确保基坑施工不受泥岩遇水膨胀的影响。基于拉中槽放坡的纵向分段(9段)和竖向分层(13层)的基坑快速开挖方法效果显著,高效地完成了基坑开挖及钢支撑架设工作,比计划工期少用了26.4d,且整个施工过程中都保持了基坑及周围建构筑物的安全。

Abstract:Based on Wannianchang station in line No.4 of Chengdu Metro,the rapid construction technologies about the deep foundation pit of metro station pit were studied in expansive rock. Excavating and installing supporting system in the foundation pit was constructed rapidly, and the foundation pit was constructed safely after the waterproof and drainage were well done. It was very effective that the foundation pit was excavated with the slotting and grading excavation method after the foundation pit is divided into 9 sections longitudinally and into 13 layers vertically, so the excavation of foundation pit and installation of steel pipe support were quickly completed, which was less than the planned duration of 26.4 days, and foundation pit and surrounding buildings and underground structures were safe during whole construction process.
