谷胱甘肽对老化小麦种子影响的研究

摘    要:用不同浓度的GSH处理自然老化的小麦种子,研究了GSH对丙二醛(MDA),电解质渗漏和过氧化氢酶(CAT),过氧化物酶(POD)的影响,结果表明,100-500mg/L的GSH能减少膜脂过氧化产物MDA的含量,同时降低电解质渗透量,GSH对POD活性影响较小,而对CAT活性的影响较大,100-500mg/L的GSH,使CAT活性大幅增高,300mg/LGSH处理是减轻老化小麦种子膜脂过氧化的最佳浓度。

Abstract:Different concentrations of glutathione (100,300,500,700 mg/L) can reduce MDA content,decrease electrolyte leakage of the seedlings germinated from aging wheat. The data indicate that lipid peroxidation of membrane was decreased, the protective enzyme activities were increased by GSH. Effects of GSH on POD are not obvious,but GSH enhance apparently activities of CAT. The result suggests that 300 mg/L GSH is the best concentration for reducing membrane lipid peroxidation of aging wheat.
