紫外-可见吸收光谱研究meso-四(4-羟基苯基)卟啉(H2THPP)及其二酸离子(H4THPP2+)的聚集行为

利用紫外-可见吸收光谱研究了不同溶液中meso-四(4-羟基苯基)卟啉(H2THPP)及其二酸离子(H4THPP^2 )的聚集行为．向H2THPP丙酮溶液分别加入蒸馏水和石油醚(60～90℃)，导致H2THPP的B吸收带分别发生12nm和30nm的红移，表明H2THPP在丙酮-水和丙酮-石油醚溶液中分别形成了结构不同的J类型聚集体．H2THPP^2 在二甲基甲酰胺-氯仿混和溶液中也发生B带的红移，表明形成了J类型聚集体；而在KCl水溶液中，H4THPP^2 的B带则发生蓝移，表明有H类型二聚体形成．利用分子激子理论分析了H2THPP和H4THPP^2 在不同条件下的聚集行为和聚集结构．

UV-vis ABSORPTION SPECTRAL STUDY OF THE AGGREGATION OF meso-TETRAKIS (4-HYDROXYPHENYL) PORPHYRIN (H2THPP) AND ITS DIACID(H4THPP2+)

UV-vis absorption spectroscopy was used to study the aggregation of meso-tetrakis(4-hydroxyphenyl)porphyrin(H 2THPP) and its diacid (H 4THPP 2+ ) in different solution. The red shift of B band both in acetone-water solution and acetone-petroleum ether solution indicates the formation of J-type aggregates of H 2THPP in these two solutions. However, different extent of B band shifting implies structural difference betweetn the J-type aggregaes formed in these two solutions. The formation of J-type aggregate of H 4THPP 2+ in dimethyl formamide-chloroform mixture was also indicated by the red shift of B band, whereas the blue shift of B band indicates the formation of H-type aggregate of H 4THPP 2+ in KCl aqueous solution.$$$$
