高温气流中铁矿粉的热分解和还原行为

摘    要:研究了铁矿粉伴随气流在高温竖型空筒炉管内下落过程中的热分解和还原反应行为,考察了炉温、气流组成及粉矿粒径等对反应结果的影响,发现,与还原反应相比,温度对热分解反应有更大影响;氢还原反应速度约为CO 还原的2倍;当矿粉还原率高于 33.3%时,采集到的样品是熔融后又凝固的球形体且铁相还原产物被维氏体所包裹,进一步讨论了高温气流中粉矿熔融还原反应过程的机理。

Abstract:Thermal decomposition and reduction behaviors of powdered iron ores falling down in a high-temperature electrical furnace shaft were studied with gas flow accompanied. The effects of furnace temperature,gas composition, flow rate and partical size,etc. .on reaction results were also investigated. It was found that the effect of temperature on themal decomposition is greater than that on reduction of powdered iron ores.and the rate of hydrogen reduction is about double what is in CO reduction. Samples collected showed spherical when the reduction ratio of powdered iron ores is bigger than 33. 3%, these indicate that they are solidifed after melting and their iron-phase products are wrapped by wustite.Furthermore, the melting-reducting mechanism of powdered iron ores in a high-temperature gas flow was discussed.
