| 摘 要： | 讨论一类具有基于比率型Holling Ⅲ型功能性反应且含时滞的阶段结构的捕食被捕食模型。通过利用比较原理，得到了系统一致持久性，通过构造Razumikhin函数，得到了系统存在唯一且一致渐近稳定的正概周期解的条件。
