小学生在校课间体育活动的调查与对策

通过现场调研和学生问卷调查发现,我校小学生课间体育活动存在着"三少"现象:即参与活动的学生少、活动的场所少、活动的内容少。为改变小学生在校课间体育活动的现状,学校创建了孩子们喜爱的体育活动小园地,以活动园地为载体、推进学生快乐活动"自助餐"。校园体育活动小园地的创建及其推广使用,受到了学生们的欢迎,有效解决了活动内容少、活动场所少的问题,使更多的孩子们爱玩、能玩、会玩,也有效提高了学生的体质健康水平。

Elementary school Recess Physical Activity and the Countermeasures

Through field investigation and questionnaire survey of students found that primary school students during recess physical activity my school there is a "three small" phenomenon: the fewer students participate in activities,activities,places little less activity content.Pupils at the school to change the status of physical activity during recess,the school children to create a small garden favorite sports activities,activity garden as a carrier to promote the students happy activities "buffet." Sports activities on campus and promote the creation of a small garden used by the students welcomed the activities effectively solve small problems small venues so that more children are playing and can play,will play,but also effectively improve the student’s physical health.
