紫外胁迫下NO对地木耳生理生化的影响

摘    要:研究在紫外线B(UV-B,0.2 W/m2)辐射增强的情况下,硝普钠(SNP,一氧化氮供体)对地木耳的生长、抗氧化酶活性、蛋白质、色素和多糖含量的变化的影响.实验结果表明:UV-B辐射增强下,加入NO,能够提高藻类的生长速率,刺激过氧化氢酶(SOD)、超氧化物歧化酶(CAD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性上升,提高蛋白质含量、叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素含量、多糖含量.

Abstract:It was studied that the effect of SNP(nitric oxide donor)on the growth,antioxidant enzyme activities,content of protein,pigments,and polysaccharide were estimated under ultraviolet-B radiation(UV-B,0.2 W/m2) in Nostoc commune.The resultes suggested that the growth were improved,the SOD,CAT,POD activities were boosted and the content of protein,chlorophyll a,carotenoid and polysaccharide were improved in the algae under UV-B radiation.
