| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的迅速发展,跨文化旅游日渐成为人们享受生活的一种重要方式。导游作为解决文化差异带来的文化冲突的一种"润滑剂",肩负着重大责任。文章分析了目前跨文化导游接待服务中所存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of economic globalization,intercultural tourism has become an important way to enjoy life.The tour guide,who acts as a lubricant to the cultural clash brought about by cultural differences,undertakes an important task.This paper analyzes the existing problems in current intercultural tour guide reception service,and put forward some countermeasures. |
