炸药临界爆轰直径测试新方法

摘    要:设计了一种塑料粘结炸药(PBX)临界直径的测试新方法。利用末端具有聚能槽的PBX药柱起爆后,会通过聚能作用形成能量流沿炸药轴向作用到见证板上;通过见证板的作用效果来验证炸药是否起爆,从而确定PBX能够起爆的最小炸药直径。结果表明,采用该方法测得的PBX-1药柱临界直径小于6.3 mm;与传统爆速测试法相比,新方法测试需要药量少,试验方法简单,能够用于测试炸药的临界直径。

Abstract:A simple and new critical diameter test method-Shaped charge method has been established for critical diameter test for explosive. The jet was formed by lined Shaped charge, and acted on witness plates. Whether Explosive blasted or not , it was proved with damnifing effect of witness plates. The minimum blasting diameter of explosive was tested in this experiment. Compared to blasting velocity method,Advantages and disadvantages of Shaped charge method were investigated.On the base of obtained resules, the critical diameter of PBX-1 was 6.3mm with Shaped sharge method.Comparing with the blasting velocity method , this work provides a new method for testing and estimating the critical diameter,and reducing the experiment cost and the development time of new explosive investigation.
