地铁屏蔽门供电系统的保护措施及验收试验

摘    要:在地铁屏蔽门的直流供电系统的基础上,提出TN-S接地方式,门体与钢轨保持等电、与站台结构绝缘等保护措施,提出供电系统的电磁兼容性能验收项目、参考标准、试验规格、试验部位、极限值,提出屏蔽门门体顶部及底部的绝缘电阻、绝缘强度,验收试验可供检测国产化地铁设备作参考。

Abstract:Based on the design of DC power supply system for Platform Screen Doors,TN-S earthing,keeping door body equal potential with the steel gauge,and isolation from platform construction were adopted as system protection methods.Check-up items,reference criteria,test specifications,test parts and limited value of combined capability of electric and magnetic test for power supply system were expounded,and insulation electricity resistance and insulation intensity at the top and bottom of door body were also designated.Those inspective tests could be referenced to exam homemade metro equipment.
