| Abstract: | Establishing and adopting scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism is an essential content of excavating human resource and achieving sustainable development in general hospital library.In view of the management theory,according to features of the general hospital library,the article made analysis on the various incentive management methods and modes.And it discussed how to establish a suitable incentive mechanism to fit the development of hospital library. |
