新型钝镍剂的配方优化及中试研究

摘    要:通过钝镍组分之间的复配和优化获得两种新型水溶性的PN型钝镍剂。这种钝镍剂无毒、高效、稳定性好 ,不含二次污染元素 ,成本低。PN型钝镍剂具有优良的综合钝镍性能 ,它在使裂化产物中氢气和焦炭产率及选择性明显下降的同时提高催化剂的总转化率 ,使反应的总液收率提高近 1% ,明显地改善了产物分布 ,提高了轻油收率 ,显示出良好的工业应用价值

Abstract:Two types of water\|soluble nickel passivators, named PN\|1 and PN\|2, are prepared by optimization of components of nickel passivators. The new passivators have the properties of low pollution, low cost, without toxicity and good stability. The standard microreaction evaluations of light oil and heavy oil, as well as the pilot riser evaluation show that the new PN passivators for nickel can raise the yield of liquid products by 1.0%, reduce the yields of hydrogen and coke by over 25% and 10% respectively and improve the distribution of products. These types of passivators have a good future in application to industry.
