壳聚糖硫酸盐催化合成尼泊金丁酯

摘    要:用壳聚糖硫酸盐作为催化剂合成了尼泊金丁酯,其反应的最佳条件为:酸醇物质的量比为1∶4,催化剂用量为1.2g(0.1mol)对羟基苯甲酸,反应时间4h,产品收率达92.6%.该催化剂催化效果好,酯收率高,污染小,可重复使用.

Abstract:The use of chitosan sulfate as catalyst on the synthesis of butylparaben was studied. The suitable conditions have been found. The optimum conditions are follows: the molar ratio of acid to alcohol is 1:4, the weight of catalyst is 1.2?g (0.1?mol) p-hydroxybenzoate and the reaction time is 4?h. The highest yield of butylparaben was 92.6%. Experiment results showed that chitosan sulfate is highly active catalyst for the reaction, with the advantages of little amount used, good esterification, little waste discharge and repetitive use.
