| 摘 要： | 以科学发展观为指导,强化服务功能,是地方普通高校图书馆建设和发展的重要课题。要搞好地方普通高校图书馆的建设,必须从以下方面着手：一是确立以人为本的服务理念;二是完善服务运行机制;三是提高馆员队伍素质。
